We are seeking per diem 1099 CRNAs comfortable providing general anesthesia under the auspices of the cardiologist for cardiac ablation cases at Advanced Heart and Vein Center in Thornton, Colorado. This position is currently one day per week and we anticipate the service will grow and additional days will be added to the schedule in the future.
Facility: Advanced Heart and Vein Center, 805 E 144th Ave Ste 100, Thornton, CO 80023
Cases: Cardiac ablation cases - 1 procedure room
Shift Day: Every Thursday
Shift Length: 8 hours (guaranteed pay for 8 hour shift even if there is not a full case load)
Shift Time: 7:00AM start time
Hourly Rate: $225/hr
Compensation: 1099
Professional Liability Insurance Provided: $1mil/$3mil occurrence-based coverage (no tail coverage policy needed)
Payroll Schedule: Every two weeks via direct deposit
License/Certification: Colorado CRNA license
Contract: does not contain non-compete clauses
