New York Health is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider to join our Urology team in Jackson Heights, Queens, NY. This position offers the opportunity to practice in a busy, patient-focused setting where you can make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals throughout their care journey. Working alongside a team of experienced providers, you will help deliver comprehensive urologic care while contributing to a culture centered on collaboration, compassion, and clinical excellence.

Salary Transparency

Base Salary Range: between $135,000 - $165,000 annually
