Bariatric APP | NewFit Non-Surgical Weight Loss | Monday–Friday | No Call

Health First is looking for an APRN to join our Bariatric & Weight Management team. We welcome both new and experienced providers who are compassionate, motivated, and passionate about helping patients achieve lasting improvements in their health.

In this role, you’ll guide patients through their medical weight-loss journey, caring for individuals with obesity, diabetes, metabolic disease, and related conditions.

YOUR IMPACT

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Provide comprehensive non-surgical weight-management care
• Manage GLP-1 therapy and other appropriate weight-loss treatments
• Be part of our NewFit Program
• Create personalized plans incorporating nutrition, exercise, behavior, and lifestyle changes
• Monitor labs, medications, and treatment progress
• Identify and manage obesity-related conditions and risk factors
• Educate and motivate patients toward realistic, sustainable goals
• Connect patients with specialists and resources when needed
• Work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary bariatric team
