Job Summary:

HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join an affiliated Primary Care practice in Sanford, Florida.

Qualified Candidates: 

• Join an established practice consisting of 2 MDs
• Outpatient only; clinic hours of Monday-Friday, 8am – 5pm
• Bilingual preferred
• New graduates encouraged to apply
