What You’ll Do
- Support staff in the Occupational Health Unit, collaborating on patient and workers' compensation case management
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat work-related injuries and illnesses
- Develop treatment plans and manage work restrictions/return-to-work protocols
- Perform joint, tendon, or bursa injections and aspirations
- Conduct splinting, suturing, stapling, and removing staples
- Administer vaccinations including tetanus
- Interpret pulmonary function tests and diagnostic imaging
- Conduct DOT physicals, manage occupational injuries, and support case documentation
What You Need
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active Michigan license in hand
- DEA registration
- BLS and DOT/FMCSA certification
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
