MUSC Health Advanced Practice Provider (APP WHNP/PA) – Women’s Health

MUSC Health – Orangeburg Medical Center is seeking a compassionate, clinically confident Advanced Practice Provider (WHNP or PA) to join a busy and growing Women’s Health practice in Orangeburg, South Carolina. This is a meaningful opportunity to care for patients across the women’s health continuum, including reproductive health, routine gynecologic care, prenatal and postpartum care, childbirth support, and patient education. The selected APP will join a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers who are committed to high-quality outcomes, access to care, and a supportive patient experience.

This role offers the ability to build lasting relationships with patients while practicing in a well-supported environment connected to South Carolina’s leading academic health system. The OB/GYN group manages a vibrant women’s health practice with approximately 375 deliveries annually and a daily patient volume of approximately 25 patients per provider. Through MUSC Health, the APP will have access to specialty and subspecialty support, advanced technology, Epic resources, clinical centers of excellence, and the broader expertise of an academic medical center.

Required Qualifications: 

• Graduate of an accredited Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner program with current board certification, or graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Current South Carolina licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure, as a WHNP or PA
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• DHEC and DEA license applications initiated before the first day of employment
• At least one year of clinical experience as a WHNP or PA
