Without traditional volume or productivity targets, providers can focus more time and attention on their patients—addressing health concerns, coordinating specialty care, navigating hospitalizations, and providing meaningful continuity of care.

We're looking for a Physician Assistant who wants to practice in a smaller, patient-centered environment while helping shape the future of an independent practice. Candidates may have the opportunity to pursue partnership after approximately two years, with compensation and the longer-term partnership structure discussed further with finalists.

Located in Roanoke Rapids near Lake Gaston and the North Carolina–Virginia border, the area offers easy access to boating, kayaking, the Roanoke River, and abundant outdoor recreation. Raleigh, Richmond, Norfolk, Atlantic beaches, Charlotte, and the North Carolina mountains are also within reach for weekend getaways.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program

• Board Certified or Board Eligible

• Interest in outpatient Family Medicine without OB

• Comfortable working within an independent, patient-centered practice

• Interest in a minimum two-year commitment

• New graduates and experienced PAs are encouraged to apply
