Health First Medical Group is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our outpatient Electrophysiology team in Florida.
This is an opportunity to provide comprehensive care for patients with cardiac arrhythmias and heart rhythm disorders while working closely with an experienced electrophysiologist and collaborative cardiovascular team.
Evaluate new and established electrophysiology patients
Assess and manage patients with cardiac arrhythmias and rhythm disorders
Provide ongoing patient follow-up and longitudinal care
Review cardiac device data and support ongoing device management
Review diagnostic testing and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans
Collaborate with electrophysiologists and the multidisciplinary cardiovascular team
Full-time, employed APP position
Monday–Friday schedule
100% outpatient, clinic-based practice
New patient evaluations and established patient follow-ups
Focused practice in electrophysiology and cardiac rhythm management
No procedural responsibilities
Supportive, highly collaborative clinical environment
Strong physician partnership and multidisciplinary team support
Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Cardiology or electrophysiology experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Experience or interest in cardiac arrhythmias and device management
Eligible for Florida licensure and credentialing
