What You’ll Do
- Provide specialized neonatal care to newborns in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments proactively
- Support families with compassionate, family-centered care
- Document clinical procedures accurately in electronic health records
- Assist with neonatal emergencies and stabilization efforts
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and professional standards
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Indiana RN license with Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification or license eligibility
- Prior Neonatology experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred:
- BLS and NRP certifications
- Experience working in a hospital/neonatal intensive care setting
