Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care
Englewood Health, an award winning community teaching hospital, is seeking a per diem NURSE PRACTITIONER (APRN) to join the Englewood Health Physician Network (EHPN) – Primary Care practice team.
This incredible opportunity will require the ideal candidate to demonstrate expertise in all levels of patient care to include: excellent clinical care, precise documentation and strong patient engagement for the patient.
The Advance Practice Nurse provides direct patient care, including assessing, diagnosing, planning health promotion and preventive care within this specialized area of practice and prescribing pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment of health problems according to established joint nursing/medical protocols. In addition to direct practice, the sub-roles of the Advance Practice Nurse role include education, research and consultation. The Advance Practice Nurse is involved in indirect practice activities with the goal of improving the quality of care across the continuum of care.
