• Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
• ENT, vascular, general, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecological surgery, low-risk obstetrics, urology, minimal healthy pediatric cases

CRNA Compensation - W2 Hospital-Employed, 40hrs (Subject to changes and policies of the organization)

• Base salary of $300,000
• Signing Bonus/Student Support $100,000
• CME/Board Certification reimbursement $4,000/year
• 368 Hours of Vacation, CME, Holiday Pay
• Overtime Rate $225/hour
• Hospital On-Call Rate $250/night
• Hospital On-Call Rate/Weekend Day $1200/day
• Vacation Payout 120hrs @hourly rate
• Sick Time Accrual of up to 600 hours
• Medical + Dental + Vision + Life Insurance + Malpractice
• 403(b) Tax Deferred Annuity (4% match year 2)

• Findlay Surgery Center, freestanding facility, 4 ORs, 2 endoscopy suites, procedure rooms
