Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Outpatient Behavioral Health
Clinic is located on the Campus of Memorial Regional Medical Center - Hanover, VA

Bon Secours is in an exciting stage of growth, and we’re looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who’s eager to bring fresh ideas, collaborate with a supportive team, and make a meaningful impact on the community we serve.
What to Expect:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8a–5p (no evenings or weekends!)
Caseload: 10–15 patients/day, ages 18+
Support in place: PMHNP, physician oversight, LPN, and CCMA
Daily flow: Team huddle at 8a, see patients 8:30–12, break 12–1, afternoon patients 1–4, wrap up notes by 5p
About the Role:
Provide short-term, solution-focused therapy and longer-term support when needed
Inherit an established caseload plus new referrals from Bon Secours’ primary care and specialty providers
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care
Serve as a resource for connecting patients to community support services
What We’re Looking For:
Active Virginia LCSW license and DEA required
Board Certified; 2+ years’ experience preferred, but new grads are welcome
Passion for treating patients with dignity and respect, aligned with our mission of whole-person care
