ABOUT OUR OPPORTUNITY

 On-Site Support

  • Strong and robust Primary Care Behavioral Health with BHCs on site and warm handoffs within minutes
  • Support services: lab, xray, pharmacy, evening clinic (certain services are site specific)
  • Clinical Support: fully staffed with MAs, RNs, after-hours triage, case managers
  • Providers: Great blend of residentsnew grads, mid-career, tenured physicians, and APPs 

COMPENSATION & PERKS

  • Annual Base Salary: $130,000-$156,000.  Salary is based on encounters per day (18-26 tiered level), and experience bonus. An additional quality incentive is paid out yearly.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • ARNP, MSN with FNP certification.
  • Current, unrestricted RN license.
  • WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license.
  • DEA certificate.
  • Approved for credentialing with health plans, Medicare, Medicaid.
  • Prefer experienced FNPs but new grads with extensive nursing experience in direct patient care in PC/UC , ER/trauma, critical care, med/surg will be considered.
  • *If you are a new FNP with an active RN multistate license in another state, you must have graduated less than 12 months ago to be considered.
