We are looking for an experienced clinician (1+ years) to join our 1.0 FTE float team, providing vital primary care coverage across our Darboy, Kimberly, and Menasha locations. Enjoy the clinical variety of three unique communities with the stability of a single, cohesive provider team.
Position Highlights:
- Structured Schedule: 1.0 FTE consisting of 36 patient contact hours and 4 hours of dedicated admin time weekly.
- Diverse Team Environment: Work alongside a combined team of 10 physicians and 7 APCs across three established sites.
- Tech-Forward Practice: Fully integrated Epic EMR with DAX Copilot and Dragon dictation to maximize your efficiency.
- Work-Life Balance: M-F clinic hours (7:00a–5:00p) with no weekday call and only 3-4 weekend rotations per year.
- Procedural Variety: Opportunities to perform outpatient procedures based on your interest and expertise.
