NP/PA – Family Med – Menasha, Kimberly, Darboy Call Group

ThedaCare is seeking an NP or PA to join our team in Menasha, Darboy, or Kimberly WI. Come join a great group of providers who thrive as a team. 

• 1.0 FTE
• 10 Physicians currently in the group
• 7 Clinic APCs 
• Great group of providers – everyone is always more than willing to help
• Typical schedule: 36 patient contact hours/per week (4 or 5 days/week)
• Weekend Rotation - 3-4 Saturdays out of the year
• Average patients per day: 18
• Depending on access need/demand may work at other locations within the call group. (Kimberly, Darboy, and Menasha)
