WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to meet the growing demand for primary care services at our Franciscan Physician Network Hammond Clinic located in Munster, IN. This busy, established practice currently includes four physicians and a nurse practitioner with MA support.  This high performing group of providers is focused on providing patient-centric care, high quality metrics and working collaboratively with their team and surrounding resources.   

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and have a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Provider will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Clinic hours: Monday & Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.; Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Flexible full-time schedule; No weekends or holidays
• Average outpatient volume: 18 – 20 patients per day
• Dedicated MA support
• No call responsibility
• Telehealth is offered

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree Required
• Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) – Required - or
• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification – Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required
