Job Description

About this role: 

As an Advanced Practice Provider in our Primary Care Float Pool Position, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.  In this role you will work alongside the provider teams in our clinics throughout the great Denver (Front Range) area. 

  • This position includes a $10,000.00 starting bonus, and up to $7,500.00 in relocation assistance for eligible household moves 

  • You will practice at multiple Intermountain Health Primary Care / Walk-In Clinics throughout the greater Denver area 

  • Your full-time hours will reflect coverage of our clinics which are open Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm 

  • Extended clinic hours and weekend coverage on occasion

What you’ll bring: 

  • Experience in a continuity setting as a provider required, with the ability to see urgent care level patients 

  • Ability to work extended hours, and weekends if needed 

  • APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program 

  • Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline 

  • Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one 

  • Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one 

  • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
