Behavioral Health Consultant needed in Irvine Kentucky

Mercy Health seeks a LPCC or Licensed Clinical Social Worker to serve as a Behavioral Health Consultant within medical group. The Behavioral Health Consultant is an embedded member of the primary care team performing brief, targeted interventions to address any mental health factors that may be adversely impacting response to treatment. The Behavioral Health Consultant and the Primary Care Provider coordinate care to achieve optimal outcomes in the patient's self-care management.
