Position Summary:
Luminis Health is seeking a motivated and skilled Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our renowned Orthopedic Sports Surgery Team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside a dynamic, high-performing group of surgeons and providers specializing in hip, knee, and shoulder treatment and surgery. The role includes a balance of clinic-based care and first-assist responsibilities in the operating room for elective orthopedic sports procedures.

What You'll Do:
Qualifications:
· Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program.
· Current Maryland licensure and national certification (NCCPA or board-certified NP).
· Licensed as a Physician’s Assistant in the State of Maryland or eligible
· Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience; orthopedic or surgical experience strongly preferred. Able to first ssist in OR.
· Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
