Banner Occupational Health and Wellness, a dedicated full-service occupational health provider, is looking for a dynamic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to help us grow our services in the Phoenix Metro Area, the fifth-largest metro area in the US.

Our Occupational Medicine Provider will perform baseline and annual physical exams, evaluate, treat, and follow up on industrial injuries and non-industrial medical conditions, infectious and hazardous material exposures.  

Required Qualifications:

  • NP or PA-C designation (AANP/NCCPA)
  • Current prescribing privileges, including a DEA license for controlled substances required
  • Current AZ license or eligibility
  • ACLS/BLS required  
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Occupational Medicine is required
  • Certification to perform NRCME (DOT) driver examinations required, or acquired within 6 months of employment
  • The ability to read and interpret EKGs and exercise treadmill stress tests is a plus or obtain training within 6 months of employment
  • Per Diem (employed position not 1099 eligible)
