* Provide care to patients in the privacy of their home setting
* Working through admissions and routine visits to develop and carry out care plans

*Qualifications:*

* Licensed to practice as a physical therapist (PT) within *Oregon* state (or before your first day of work).
* One to two years of appropriate experience as a physical therapist. Community/home health experience is preferred.
* Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
