Summer Sign-On Bonus - St. Francis (2nd Shift Only)

We are offering this limited-time incentive for qualified new hires who join our team during the months of June, July, or August.

Bonus Details:
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Applies to eligible 2nd Shift positions only (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
Valid for hires starting between June 1 - August 31

Pay Range:
RN: $34.00 to $39.40 per hour base rate, depending on experience

Weekday Differentials:

+$2/hr for 2nd shift

+$5/hr for 3rd shift

Weekend Differentials:

+$2/hr for 1st shift

+$3/hr for 2nd shift

+$6.50/hr for 3rd shift

Job Responsibilities

Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations

Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed

Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Long-term care experience preferred

Must possess and maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board
