We are seeking a skilled *Respiratory Therapist (RRT), Acute Care *to work a full time, night shift opportunity with us here in *Russellville, AR. *
*Job Detail: *
* Night Shift: 12 hr shifts - Friday, Saturday, Sunday
* Start: As Soon As Credentialed
* Pay Rate: Ranges From $58k-$83k (Depending on experience & knowledge)
*Requirements:*
* Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy
* RRT license in the state of Arkansas
* BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
* Must have at least 1 year experience as an RRT
* Must reside in the state of Arkansas _(not excepting any travel RRT's at this time)_
* Ability to work in physically demanding environments with exposure to biological and chemical hazards.
* Strong critical thinking skills, reliability, and a commitment to patient centered care.
*Responsibilities: *
* Conduct diagnostic testing, including bedside, EKGs, blood gas analysis, and tobacco cessation education.
* Deliver respiratory therapies, monitor patient response, and communicate changes in condition.
* Respond to codes and emergent respiratory calls, providing rapid assessment and intervention.
* Educate patients and families on respiratory health, medication use, and illness management.
* Maintain and calibrate respiratory equipment, manage supplies, and support performance improvement efforts.
* Provide care across neonatal through older adult populations while ensuring compliance with safety and infection control standards.
