*The Physical Therapy You Will Provide*

As a Physical Therapist at West Portland Physical Therapy, you will evaluate and treat patients using an individualized, evidence-based approach.

Your responsibilities will include:

* *Providing one-on-one pelvic health Physical Therapy*
* Performing comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations
* Developing individualized plans of care
* Providing evidence-based interventions based on clinical findings and patient goals
* Educating patients about their diagnosis, treatment plan, progress, and home recommendations
* Helping patients feel comfortable discussing sensitive health concerns
* Progressing treatment based on patient response and functional goals
* Monitoring outcomes and adjusting treatment when appropriate
