*Overview*
Independent Contract Licensed Physical Therapist - PAY will be 50% of Net Receivables. *Duties*
* Assess patients' physical conditions by conducting comprehensive evaluations of mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs, including orthopedics, neurology, pediatrics, geriatrics, and inpatient care.
* Administer therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, trigger point therapy, exercise programs, and mobility training to promote recovery.
* Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to optimize outcomes.
* Document all clinical interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR) or electronic medical records (EMR) systems following clinical documentation standards.
* Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans and discharge planning.
* Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures, home exercises, and community resources to support ongoing recovery and self-care.
*Requirements*
* Valid licensure or certification as a licensed Physical Therapist in the relevant jurisdiction.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and rehabilitation techniques across various specialties including orthopedics, neurology, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
