We are looking for a motivated, compassionate, and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at Kinnic Health and Rehab.

If you enjoy building relationships with residents, helping people regain their independence, and working as part of a supportive interdisciplinary team, we would love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

* Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
* Provide skilled physical therapy services to help residents improve strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence
* Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
* Collaborate with nursing, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and other members of the care team
* Provide education to residents, families, and caregivers
* Complete required documentation accurately and timely
* Participate in care planning and contribute to positive resident outcomes

What We're Looking For

* Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Wisconsin
* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
* Strong clinical and communication skills
* Compassionate and resident-focused approach
* Ability to work independently while also being a strong member of a team
* Experience in skilled nursing/long-term care is preferred, but we are willing to consider motivated candidates with other clinical experience
