Gordon Physical Therapy is looking for a *Physical Therapist* to join our growing team in Spokane Valley, WA. We are open to both *full-time and part-time candidates*, with flexible scheduling options available.
One of the biggest differences at Gordon Physical Therapy is our *1:1 treatment model*. Our physical therapists treat *one patient at a time* rather than juggling multiple patients or supervising techs and aides. This allows our therapists to focus on providing excellent care and building meaningful relationships with their patients.
You'll be joining an established team of *10 physical therapists* with a wide range of experience, clinical interests, and specialty training. We have therapists specializing in areas including *orthopedics, vestibular rehabilitation, pelvic floor therapy, concussion rehabilitation, and running-related injuries and performance*.
Interested in developing a specialty of your own? We encourage it. Our existing therapists can provide *mentorship and support as you pursue additional training and develop an area of specialty practice*.

About the Position
As a Physical Therapist at Gordon Physical Therapy, you'll evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting using our *one-on-one treatment model*.
We believe physical therapists should be able to focus on being physical therapists. You won't be expected to bounce between multiple patients at the same time or manage a team of techs or aides. Instead, you'll work directly with *one patient at a time*.
Our productivity bonus structure is also designed to work within this model. *You do not need to double-book patients in order to reach your productivity bonus.*
Our therapists have a variety of clinical interests and specialty training, providing opportunities to collaborate and learn from one another. If there's an area of physical therapy you'd like to pursue more seriously, we want to help you develop it.
Current areas of specialty within our team include:

Qualifications
* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
* Current Washington State Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits
Full-time compensation ranges from *$85,000-$100,000 per year, including productivity bonuses*, depending on experience and performance.
