*What You'll Do: *
* Patient Evaluations & Treatment Plans: Assess patient abilities and develop personalized rehab plans.
* Therapeutic Interventions: Deliver evidence-based therapy to improve strength, mobility, and balance.
* Collaboration & Progress Monitoring: Work with the healthcare team and track patient progress to adjust care as needed.
* Patient Education & Discharge Planning: Teach self-care techniques for long-term independence and prepare patients for discharge.
* Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records in accordance with all regulatory guidelines.
*What You'll Need*:
* Valid OT License in the state of Colorado.
* Experience working in a long-term care setting is preferred, but not required
