As a Physician Assistant, you'll carry out a broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic services for Soldiers and their families. You will perform comprehensive exams and prescribe medications, counsel patients, obtain medical histories, interpret lab tests and x-ray results.

Loan Repayment: $60,000 in student loan repayment in $20,000 annual payments to qualifying federal student loans paid directly to the lending institution through the Reserve Component Health Professions Loan Repayment Program (RCHPLRP).

Sign-on Bonus: $25,000 yearly signing bonus for 3 years of service.

Incentive Pay: $5,000 paid annually for each successful year of service. $8,000 additional annual bonus as long as board certification maintained.

Requirements Include

Certification from National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)

State licensure (any U.S. State)

Be within acceptable age (under 50) and physical requirements for military service.

Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the United States, District of Columbia or Puerto Rico.

U.S. citizenship.
