Provide Meaningful Pediatric Care in a Growing Community
Bellin Health is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Pediatric Physician to join our expanding Children’s Health Care Services team in Iron Mountain, Michigan. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collegial, well-established group of providers dedicated to delivering high-quality care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
Practice in a welcoming Upper Peninsula community while benefiting from a team-based care model designed to enhance both patient outcomes and provider satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Full-time (1.0 FTE)
- Schedule:
- 40 hours/week
- Minimum 32 patient-facing hours
- Typical workday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Typically a 4-day work week
- Part-time opportunities available
- Patient Volume: 18–22 patients per day
- Supported by a 24/7 Pediatric Hospitalist team

Team-Based Care Model

Compensation & Benefits

Time Off & CME
- Paid Time Off:
- 200 hours annually (years 1-2)
- 264 hours upon contract renewal (after year 2)
- CME:
- $5,000 annual stipend

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) in Pediatrics
- Graduate of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency program
- Eligible for and able to maintain unrestricted licensure
- Meet all Bellin Medical Staff requirements
