Position Highlights:

• Permanent, full-time, employed position
• 4.5 day work week
• High-quality care: 5-6 patients per day; panel size of 50 patients per provider
• Setting: Outpatient only
• Highly collaborative interdisciplinary team environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $245K-$277K (dependent on experience and qualifications)
• Annual bonus: $60K-$70K
• Abu Dhabi relocation package: Employer pays for all your moving expenses, temporary housing, and education for your children to ensure a seamless transition to Abu Dhabi

Qualifications: 

• Degree:  MD only (UAE licensure requirement)
• Certifications: Must be board-certified by the ABMS  
• Experience:  2+ years in an administrative or leadership role
• Must be familiar with longevity-focused care, personalized medicine, or integrative health
• Must be comfortable working for a healthcare start-up
