Marshfield Medical Center in Marshfield, Wisconsin is seeking a BC/BE fellowship-trained Adolescent Medicine physician to join our collaborative team and to provide compassionate, high-quality patient care to teens and young adults. This fellowship-trained/Board Eligible Physician will be integral in caring for the special needs of teenagers and young adults, treating a variety of adolescent health conditions, from brain health disorders and reproductive health to physical injuries, while also collaborating with other Children’s Hospital Subspecialists. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to the care and treatment of young people up to age 26. Provider will be an integral member in the education and training of residents as a part of their role.

Compensation and Benefits
Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
Compensation floor of $280,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. In addition, a $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details).
