Full Time | Bergen County, NJ | 10 minutes from NYC

We are looking for a collaborative, team-oriented breast surgeon with at least 2 years of post fellowship experience, who is enthusiastic about building and growing community-based breast practices in satellite offices in (Jersey City, Fair Lawn). The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care for both benign and malignant breast disease, take an active role in community outreach—including developing relationships with primary care physicians and gynecologists—and contribute to the program’s ongoing growth and innovation.

What your day will look like

  • Provide high-quality surgical and clinical care for benign and malignant breast disease. (Surgical consultation, surgery, and image guided biopsies).
  • Lead practice development and patient outreach in satellite offices (Fair Lawn, Jersey City).
  • Build and maintain relationships with referring PCPs and OB/GYNs, and external radiologists.
  • Perform office-based image guided core biopsies (ASBrS certification required).
  • Participate in tumor boards, multidisciplinary care coordination, and clinical research.
  • Contribute to teaching and mentorship within the Englewood Health–SSO Accredited Breast Surgery Fellowship.

Qualifications

  • MD (or DO) degree with completion of an accredited surgery residency
  • Fellowship-trained in Breast Surgical Oncology
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Surgery
  • Eligible for New Jersey medical licensure 
  • DEA & NJ CDS registration
  • AHA or American Red Cross BLS & ACLS certification
  • Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, and strong communication skills
  • Ability to deliver compassionate, clear patient communication
  • Strong teamwork skills within a breast center or multidisciplinary environment

Englewood Health offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, comprehensive benefits package, and other incentive programs for our employees. The salary shown reflects the minimum compensation; actual compensation considers specialty, relevant experience and training.

Minimum compensation: $300,000.00 annually
