Summary:

Skagit Regional Health is actively seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to help expand our current team of two physicians due to rapid growth and increased demand. Highlights:

  • Thrive in a collaborative environment alongside two (2) experienced physicians. Clinical support staff consists of MAs and RNs.   
  • Benefit from an excellent work-life balance, with a weekday only schedule focused only on outpatient care. No inpatient call duties and ample time off.
  • This is a full time position with a 36-hour patient contact hour work expectation.
  • This position will be responsible for clinical management of follow up and post hospitalization patients, patient education, and responding to patient questions on a variety of medical issues.
  • This is a hospital-employed position with support from our in-house primary and specialty care referral base.
  • Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited program.
  • 2-4 years of practice experience is required. Nephrology experience highly preferred.
  • Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license before start.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary range: $127,454 - $134,649 DOE with productivity incentives.
