Job Description:

• Full-time
• 5p-6:30a Friday-Sunday (Nights and Weekends)
• No call
• 100% Inpatient

Key Responsibilities:

• Admission and night management of pre and post transplant patients in the transplant ICU and some management of floor transplant patients

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree Required
• Must be an ACNP, AGNP, FNP or PA
• Experienced APP with transplant and ICU background
• 2 years of acute care APP experience required, ICU experience preferred.
• New grad considered with transplant experience
• Individual sought must have critical thinking skills, great communication and be proactive
