Job Description

Nationally ranked Riley Children's Health is seeking a Pediatric Palliative Care physician to deliver compassionate care across the continuum in the inpatient, outpatient, and home settings for Indiana children and families. 

Job Summary: interdisciplinary consult-based medical team of physicians, advanced-practice providers, nurses, and social workers who are dedicated to the mission of helping patients achieve quality of life, and providing support/resources to families

  • Well-supported program with ample inpatient and outpatient clinical opportunities in a culture embracing the role of palliative care
  • Highly skilled Pediatric Palliative Care team that honors the spirit of compassion, empathy, patience and presence as key interventions.
  • Clinician Educator Faculty appointment with Indiana University School of Medicine; participation in medical student, resident, and palliative care fellow training
  • Approximately 75% inpatient, 25% outpatient and academic/admin
  • Call shared equally among providers

Qualifications

  • Completion of Pediatric Palliative Care Fellowship
  • BC in Pediatrics and BC/BE in Pediatric Hospice and Palliative Care Medicine
