What You’ll Do:

• Provide outpatient hematology and oncology consultations and ongoing patient management
• Collaborate with APP support staff and a small team of physicians in a low-volume, solo-provider setting
• Manage approximately 15 patients per day in a supportive, community-focused environment
• Utilize Meditech EMR to document and coordinate patient care
• Support staff and contribute to department growth and quality outcomes
• Participate in schedule flexibility (3–5 days/week) as per client needs

What You Need:

• Active Kentucky medical license
• Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology
• 3+ years of recent outpatient, patient-facing experience
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a low-volume setting
