- Call Rotation: Minimal inpatient call duties include shared newborn coverage (about 3-4 weekends and 1 holiday per year); no need to attend deliveries. Neonatalogists and Pediatric Hospitalists provide inpatient coverage. Patient calls can be handled remotely and are dispersed among call group for outpatient care. Utilize RN on call to triage patient calls during non-business hours.
- Compensation: Competitive salary ($250K per year for 18 months guarantee period) with productivity model after the guarantee period + Quality Bonus. Sign-on bonus of $50K. Student loan repayment of up to $90K. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health/dental insurance, CME allowance ($3,500), retirement plans, moving allowance ($15K) and much more.
- Supportive Team Environment: Work side-by-side with two existing Pediatricians at our Deaconess Clinic Felstead location. Onsite lab, x-ray, lead, vision, and Hemoglobin testing. OR Work side-by-side with an existing Pediatrician at our Deaconess Clinic Baseline location. Onsite lead and Hemoglobin testing.
What You’ll Do:
- Routine health check-ups, preventative care
- Diagnosing & treating illness, managing acute & chronic conditions
- Monitoring developmental milestones, providing health counseling
- Managing acute injuries and emergencies
