About Our Practice
Our pediatric practice in Boca Raton is a well-established, patient-centered clinic dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to children and young adults. Our team focuses on preventive health, developmental milestones, and comprehensive wellness to ensure our patients achieve their best health outcomes in a supportive and friendly environment. As an outpatient-only facility, we pride ourselves on building lasting relationships with families in the Boca Raton community.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule: Full-time, 4-day work week (Monday–Friday).
- Saturdays: Participation in a rotation of 8-10 Saturdays per year.
- Outpatient Only: No inpatient or hospital rounding responsibilities.
- Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric patients, ranging from newborns to age 21.
- Follow AAP guidelines regarding vaccinations and preventive care schedules.
- Manage a variety of pediatric conditions; experience with Behavioral Health is a major plus, though we are happy to train providers who lack extensive exposure in this area.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the EMR in compliance with practice and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Board certified or board eligible (if within two years of residency) in Pediatrics.
- Active Florida medical license or the willingness to obtain one.
- Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Spanish speaking skills are preferred but not required.

The salary for this role is $175k-$215k in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
