How you'll make an impact in this role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
- Join an established team of physicians and APPs
- Call structure: 1 in 4 weeks or once every 4th night
- Practice setting: Inpatient/Outpatient mix (consulting service with 4-day work week)
- Access to Athena EMR, excellent office support staff, and 24/7 comprehensive in-house specialist coverage (hospitalists, neonatologists, intensivists, and emergency physicians)
- Employed position within a nonprofit health system
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Neurology
- Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
- Deliver comprehensive, high-quality clinical care across a broad range of child neurology conditions, with a specific focus on treating epilepsy and interpreting electroencephalograms (EEGs).
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary, physician-led pediatric care team to support the growth and development of specialized neurological clinical interests within a tertiary referral network.
- Fellowship training in Pediatric Neurology required

- 197-bed pediatric facility (including 40 private inpatient beds, 8 short-stay beds, 23 PICU beds, 17 Pediatric ED beds, and a 109-bed Level IV NICU)
- Trauma designation (Pediatric Trauma services available onsite)
- Serving a population of approximately 2 million in the greater Indianapolis metropolitan area
- Integrated referral network across 1,900 sites of care and 7,000 providers nationwide

What minimum qualifications you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
