What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Board Certification in Electrophysiology
• Valid Tennessee Medical License
• Current BLS and ACLS Certifications
• DEA License (or signed exemption if non-prescribing)
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Clean background and recent background check
• Proficiency with CARTO, Abbott, and Opal HDx mapping systems
• Strong collaborative skills and adaptability to inpatient procedures

Additional Skills That Would Elevate Your Application:

• Experience with implantable cardiac device implants and ablative therapies
• Knowledge of implantable loop recorders and cardioversion procedures
• Comfortable working within a multidisciplinary team

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree with specialized training in Electrophysiology
• Minimum of 2 years in similar clinical settings, ideally with hospital-based cardiology coverage

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to cover scheduled shifts including weekdays and weekends
• Ability to travel to various healthcare facilities (flights, mileage, rental cars reimbursed)
• Credentialing completed within 60-90 days
