Full Time Medical Optometrist Opportunity in Central South Carolina

Carolinas Centers for Sight (CCFS) is seeking a medical Optometrist to join our established, multi-specialty practice in Sumter, South Carolina. CCFS is a leading eye care provider in the Pee Dee region, offering the full spectrum of primary and surgical eye care services including cataract, retina, glaucoma, and cornea. This position offers the opportunity to practice in a high-volume, medically focused environment with strong physician collaboration and a well-established referral network.

Our Sumter location also features a large, integrated optical department, providing additional opportunity for continuity of care and optical integration within your practice.

Located just 45 minutes from Columbia and a little over an hour to the South Carolina coast, Sumter offers a low cost of living, strong sense of community, and convenient access to both city amenities and coastal destinations.

Position Highlights:
• Medical optometry focus with ocular disease management and pre/post-operative care

Requirements:
• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in South Carolina
• Interest in medical optometry and surgical co-management
• Strong clinical and communication skills
