- 24-hour in-house coverage starting at 8am
- 15 - 16 patients per shift
- Level IIIB NICU facility
- NNPs assist with resuscitations, deliveries, and notes
- ECMO and advanced neonatal procedures required
- High-risk C-section attendance required
- Flexible scheduling -- 24 on/24 off or consecutive days
- Ongoing coverage potential
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
