Join Bon Secours Mercy Health, one of the nation’s largest and most respected health systems, as part of a growing oncology program offering a balanced schedule, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to practice comprehensive medical oncology in a state-of-the-art cancer center.
Position Highlights
- Practice Setting: Health system–employed, primarily outpatient with inpatient consults
- Schedule: 4-day work week + 1 admin day (can be remote)
- Call: APPs take first call (both clinic and hospital)
- Patient Volume: ~20–25 patients per day
- Team Structure:
- 6 physicians (growing to 9)
- 6 APPs with optional supervision (additional compensation available)
- Facility:
- 60,000 sq. ft. comprehensive cancer center
- Includes infusion, radiation oncology, transplant, PET/CT, imaging, pharmacy, and lab
- EMR: Epic with Dragon dictation and DAX AI
- Openings: 4 (growth + replacement)
Position Benefits
