LMH Health is a CMS Five-Star hospital located in Lawrence, KS, serving the surrounding communities through four rural health clinics. Our Team
You’ll practice at the Heart Failure-Accredited LMH Health Heart Center, working alongside:
- Four non-interventional cardiologists
- Two interventional cardiologists
- Four experienced Advanced Practice Providers
- On-site electrophysiology support with weekly clinic and dedicated procedure time
- A team dedicated to collaboration and support
- Each non-invasive cardiologist is supported by a dedicated APP, ensuring continuity of care, efficiency, and an exceptional patient experience.
- Shared call rotation of 1:5 with non-interventional cardiologists
Scope of Practice
This role offers a balanced and professionally fulfilling mix of outpatient and inpatient care including:
- Outpatient consultation and established visits
- Inpatient consultative service
- Emergency department consultation.
- Echocardiography; transthoracic, transesophageal, stress echocardiography.
- Tilt table testing
- CAD evaluation
- Ischemic heart disease testing
- Stress ECG
- Exercise and pharmacological myocardial perfusion testing
- Cardiac PET perfusion stress testing
- CT coronary angiography
- External rhythm monitor- interpretation
- Device interrogation
- Implantable devices including pacemakers and LINQs
- You’ll also benefit from the comprehensive cath lab services, including diagnostic and interventional coronary procedures.
