WVUHS Medical Group seeks a General Surgeon to practice at WVU Medicine Barnesville Hospital in Barnesville and Harrison Community Hospital in Cadiz. This is a unique opportunity to build a broad, rewarding general surgery practice across two supportive community hospitals while making a meaningful impact in a region that truly values its physicians.

Duties: The successful candidate will practice in the area of general surgery, enjoying a diverse case mix and the autonomy that comes with rural practice, supported by experienced clinical teams and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications: Candidates must have an MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent) and be eligible for state medical licensure. Completion of an accredited general surgery residency program is required. Candidates must be board certified/eligible in general surgery, with all qualifications met at the time of appointment.
