Position Overview

First Coast Heart & Vascular Center is seeking a full-time Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our growing physician-led cardiovascular practice serving Northeast Florida. This role will primarily support our St. Augustine, Derbin, and potentially Palm Coast clinics and affiliated hospitals. Primarily in St. Augustine locations.

Key responsibilities/services include:

• Echocardiography (TTE/TEE)
• Nuclear cardiology
• Cardiac CT imaging
• Stress testing and cardiovascular diagnostics
• Preventive cardiology and medication management
• Inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular consultations

The incoming physician will provide a balanced mix of clinic and hospital-based cardiovascular care while collaborating closely with cardiologists, APPs, medical assistants, and administrative teams across multiple locations.

Shared call responsibilities with first-line overnight support by our APP team, helping provide strong physician support and work-life balance with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Compensation includes a competitive base salary, comprehensive benefits package, sign-on bonus, additional incentives and partnership/equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• Board Certified / Eligible in Cardiovascular Medicine
• Completion of accredited Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease training programs
• MD or DO
• Eligible for Florida medical licensure
• Echo and Nuclear certification preferred
• Open to experienced physicians and current fellows
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care, teamwork, and quality outcomes
