Position Overview
- Manage critically ill patients in a closed Medical Surgical ICU (MSICU)
- 16-bed ICU + 6-bed Intermediate Care Unit
- Diagnose, treat, and implement care plans for acute and chronic conditions
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary critical care team

Qualifications
- NP or PA with Maryland licensure (or eligibility)
- 0–1 year experience required; 2+ years preferred
- BLS certification required
- Strong critical care skills and communication abilities
Compensation
- $59 – $80/hour + shift differentials + full benefits
