What You'll Bring:

• Current CV and active medical license (or IMLC)
• Board certification in ABIM, with dual certification in Gastroenterology and Transplant Hepatology
• Proven experience managing post-kidney transplant patients, dialysis orders, and nephrology consultations
• Ability to provide 24-hour beeper call coverage on a weekly basis
• Skills in managing complex transplant cases involving liver and kidney issues
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience with inpatient and outpatient transplant hepatology services
• Familiarity with managing transplant-related nephrology needs
• Prior experience with offsite call coverage in a hospital setting

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Gastroenterology certification followed by successful completion of Transplant Hepatology boards
• At least 1 year of transplant hepatology or hepatology consulting experience
• Knowledge of hospital protocols related to transplant patient management

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible shifts including overnight call from Monday 8 am to Monday 8 am
• Reliable access to offsite communication tools for 24/7 call coverage
• Willingness to participate in orientation and ongoing training
