We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of the nation’s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,400 providers in Indianapolis, IN. This opportunity delivers care in Indianapolis at Community Hospital South.

Highlights
Community Health Network is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established cardiology team at our Indianapolis, IN location at Community Hospital South. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced APP, or new graduate with recent nursing experience in cardiology or ICU settings.

• Cardiology opportunity including outpatient clinic, hospital rounding, and cardiac testing oversight EP
• Schedule:
  • 1 in 13 weeks night call (Friday 9p to 7a; Sunday through Thursday 9p to 7a)
  • 1 in 14 weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

Licensure & Certification
